● Minimum 1 Full Year Financial Statements (should be in profit Compulsory) alongwith Income Tax Returns.
● Startup should be registered with DPIIT. If not done, this will have to be done first.
● Topline Minimum Rs 2 Crores per annum.
● Top line should not be more than Rs 100 Crores per annum
●Date of incorporation should not be more than 10 years.
●CIBIL Should be Clear (No CIBIL issue cases are entertained)
●Manufacturing or Service Sector allowed.
●Free Stock / Inventory or Debtors should be Available
●Nature of the loan: CC, OD, TL BG, LC, BillsDiscounting, Export Packing Credit, And Post Shipment Credit.
●ROI:10 to 13 %
●Bank / NBFC Processing charges: 0.5 to 1.5%
●Govt fees: 2% towards Guarantee.
